Chateando Games — privacy policy

What Chateando Games collects

• Account details — email address, display name and profile picture — when you sign in.
• Basic usage data: which screens were opened and which items were tapped, used to fix what is broken and drop what nobody uses.
• Device and connection data every server receives: IP address, device model, operating system version and app version.
• Purchase records if you buy something, including a payment reference. Card details never reach us.
• A notification token, if you allow notifications.
• A resettable advertising identifier, if you use the free version with adverts.

Who it is shared with

• The app store you installed from, for purchase verification.
• Payment processors, to take the payment and confirm it.
• Google, for sign-in, notifications and adverts in the free version.
• Unity Ads, for adverts in the free version.
• The hosting provider running our servers.

Deleting your data

Write to privacy@yvenel.dev from the address on the account, or use the delete option inside the app if it has one. Your personal data is removed within 30 days, except records that accounting or tax law requires us to keep.
