Privacy policy

What Yvenel.Dev collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. This policy covers this website and every app listed on it.

Who is responsible

Yvenel Benoit, trading as Yvenel.Dev, is the data controller for this website and the apps listed on it. Contact: hello@yvenel.dev.

What we collect

An account, if you create one: your email address, display name and profile picture, taken from the sign-in provider you choose. Transaction records, if you buy something: what was bought, when, how much and the payment method reference — never the card number itself. Technical data every server receives: IP address, browser or device type and the pages requested. Anything you type into a contact form or a support message.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your contacts, your photos, your location, your files or the content of your messages on third-party platforms. Our apps do not read the contents of the Telegram channels, mailboxes or social accounts they help you find or manage beyond what is publicly available or what you explicitly connect.

Payment data

Card numbers never reach our servers. Payments are processed by the payment provider you choose — Stripe, PayPal, or the billing system of the app store you installed from. We receive a confirmation and a reference, which is what lets us grant what you paid for and answer questions about it later.

Advertising

Apps offered free of charge may show adverts through Google AdMob and Unity Ads. Those networks may use a resettable advertising identifier to limit repetition and measure performance; you can reset or restrict it in your device settings at any time. Adverts are switched off for users on a paid plan.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, we store the device token needed to deliver them, through Firebase Cloud Messaging. Turning notifications off in your device settings stops delivery; ask us and we will delete the token.

Cookies and similar storage

This website uses only what it needs to work: a session cookie and, if you sign in, an authentication token. No advertising or profiling cookies are set on this website.

Why we are allowed to hold it

To provide what you asked for — an account, an order, a reply. To meet legal obligations, mainly keeping records of sales for the period tax law requires. And to keep the service working and secure, which is a legitimate interest we balance against your privacy.

How long we keep it

Account data for as long as the account exists, and then up to 30 days in backups. Transaction records for as long as accounting and tax law requires, which is usually several years. Server logs for up to 90 days. Contact form messages for up to a year after the conversation ends.

Who else sees it

Only the providers needed to run the service: the payment processors named above, Google and Unity for notifications and advertising in the apps that use them, and the hosting infrastructure that runs the servers. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@yvenel.dev and we will answer within 30 days. If you have an account, deleting it removes your personal data except records we are legally required to keep. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to hello@yvenel.dev and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the date below changes and material changes are announced in the app or on this site before they take effect.
