Terms of service
The rules for using this website and the apps published by Yvenel.Dev.
Agreement
By using this website or any app listed on it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the services.
What we provide
Directories, marketplaces and tools as described on each product page. We do our best to keep them available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and information gathered from third-party platforms is provided as we found it.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to it secure. Tell us promptly if you think someone else is using it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the services to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to scrape at a scale that degrades the service for others, or to attempt to gain access you were not granted. We may suspend accounts that do.
Purchases, subscriptions and refunds
Prices are shown before payment. Subscriptions renew for the stated period until cancelled, and cancelling stops the next renewal while leaving the current one running to its end. Where you bought through an app store, that store's refund policy applies and refunds are requested there. Where you bought directly, write to hello@yvenel.dev.
Third-party content and links
Our directories list channels, tools, events and products that other people publish. Listing something is not an endorsement of it, and we are not responsible for what happens on a site or platform we merely link to.
Intellectual property
The software, design and content of the services belong to Yvenel Benoit, except third-party material used under licence and content submitted by users, which stays theirs. If you believe something here infringes your rights, write to hello@yvenel.dev and we will act on it.
Liability
The services are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms; the date below tells you when. You may stop using the services at any time, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the place where Yvenel Benoit is established, without excluding the consumer protections you enjoy where you live.
